Dawn Bell:

Yesterday was such a fabulous event. It was bewildering to me that creating a collage can pull up deep thoughts and put them front and center visually. The added step to answer questions from the collage as though it were a living entity was enlightening. It exposed emotions deep within me, bringing them to the surface so I can now address them. The experience was similar to a deep meditation and helped me to uncover something I kind of knew was there but didn’t understand how much it was affecting me.

Thank you, Fern, for hosting yesterday. You did a wonderful job introducing the practice and keeping us all on track. I will highly recommend this to everyone. It was the perfectly sized group and everyone was so kind, supportive, and encouraging – especially you!
